Post-Thanksgiving
Filed Under Entertainment, Events, Family, Family / Friends, Friends, Movies
Thanksgiving was good this year. There was a lot of time spent with the family, which is always fun. Though, I think for about 2 hours after eating half of the family was nearly half-asleep, myself included. That’s one more thing that now proves I’m an “old” person now. I used to get so mad at all the adults as a kid after eating, everyone would be all lazy, and we just wanted to go, go, go!
Last night we got to see James, as he was in town visiting family for Thanksgiving also. After a few margaritas, we found out James had never seen Iron Man (2008). I’m not sure how, apparently he lives in a cave or something. Fortunately, I had the Iron Man in HD, so spent part of the evening catching James up on movies. Maybe over Christmas break we’ll get him to watch The Incredible Hulk (2008).
Tonight’s plan is going back to the parental’s house for extended family game night, which should be fun. The family is making enchiladas (chicken and seafood, yay), coupled with some games and general family mockery, should be a good night!

Happy Turkey Day!

Yay for Thanksgiving!
I have to admit, I love turkey, and giant meals. I heard the average Thanksgiving Day meal is around 4,000 calories! Yum.

It’s a trap!

I’ll try not to make to many funny picture posts in a row here. However, I saw this today and almost hit the floor. After recently playing Star Wars trivia, this is so awesome.
